A modern new builded house with swimming pool private garden! The house has 3 bedrooms capable to host up to 6 people with single or double beds! Also 2 bathrooms, large balcony with lovely view in a very quiet neighborhood and private parking!

The house is a new builded 120m² house with air condition,private garden, parking and swimming pool. The dimensions of the swimming pool is 7m X 3,5m and is equipped with shower. Also 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms which is capable to host up to 6 people in single or double beds (you can choose what you want). The house is equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay such as big kitchen with cooking equipment, oven, filter and espresso coffee machine, toaster, squizzer, kettle etc. Also 46inch flat cable/satellite TV, free wifi, solar/electrical powered hot water, 4 Air conditions, laundry washing machine, iron for your clothes, hair dryer and hair straightener. Clean sheets and 4 towels for every person is provided two times per week with cleaning for all the house!

The whole house is for private use! That means you have private access at the house,the garden,the pool and the surroundings!
